Ticketing
When a you book an experience for the first time, you will be prompted to create an account with the booking system.
They can then log into the booking system https://experiences.campnavarro.com/log-in to manage:
- View all past and upcoming bookings
- Fill in check-in information
- Download e-tickets (when they become available)
- Make any further selections (if available)
- BYO tent camping
- Parking in our main parking lot
- All music
- Campfires & s’mores for the kids
- Day time activities
- Indoor bathrooms & indoor/outdoor showers
- Access to trails
Yes, there is a limit of 4 Adult tickets per person.
For question on transfers and sharing, the flow is through Inviting Guests.
Steps to Transfer Items from Booking:
- Log in to your Easol account and go to your dashboard.
- Navigate to the Bookings section.
- Find and select the Booking Reference for the items you wish to transfer.
- Click on the Actions button and choose Transfer.
- Enter the Name and Email Address: of the new lead booker. (the person you are transferring to)
- Click Confirm Transfer to complete the process.
When the "lead booker" or initial purchaser invites someone, this will person receive an email prompting them to create an account.
- Create your account.
- Once the account is created - Log in to the account and you will be able to do/see the following:
- Specific items been invited to
- Fill in own check-in details (if applicable)
- Download e-tickets/QR codes (once enabled)
- Manage any additional selections for purchase if desired.
For Sharing
- Everything remains tied to the original booking, so it’s important that the lead booker keeps their guests in the loop and invites them promptly.
- The lead booker will continue to receive confirmation and welcome emails, while invited guests get access to their booking details directly through their account.
No refunds. Tickets may be transferred by the posted deadline via the official system.
Arrival, Gates & Parking
Friday at 10:00am
No. Do not arrive before gates open or line up on Masonite Road. You will be turned around and delayed. There is plenty of room, enjoy Anderson Valley instead.
Friday 10:00am–9:00pm · Saturday & Sunday 9:00am–5:00pm.
No. There are no physical tickets. Bring your confirmation # and/or the name the ticket is under (including transfers). You’ll receive a wristband at check-in.
All guests enter Gate 2, except RV guests.
Check in at Gate 2, get your wristband, drive to your camp area to unload only, then immediately park in Upper Lot #2. Do not drive into camping areas.
Lower RV: Enter Gate 1, park, walk to the Lodge to register before unloading.
Upper RV: Drive past Gates 1 & 2, get sited, then walk to registration.
Parking is included. Park only in designated areas, face out for emergency access, no parking on camp roads or in villages, and keep all fire lanes clear.
All guests must be off property by 1:00pm Monday. Please clean your campsite before leaving.
Lodging, Camping & Passes
20A power (limited/shared). Bring your own adapter. No water. No gray/black water dumping. Pack it out (dumping available at Anderson Valley Fairgrounds).

Yes, unless using an Adirondack, renting a teepee, or sleeping in an RV/vehicle. Tent camping is included and there is plenty of space.
Yes. Shared and first come, first served. Each has 1 bunk bed, 1 queen, and 1 twin.
Closest to the lodge/main stage. Unload near your site, then park in Upper Lot #2.
Yes, if you purchased one of the following add-ons: a Lower RV pass, Upper RV pass, Deep End Car Pass, or Upper Vehicle Pass.
Redwood area ~250–350 yards from the main stage. Anyone may camp here, but a Car Pass is required to park your car there.

Regular: 2 twins (upper cabin area).

Yes. Only registered RVs/trailers with an RV pass are allowed in RV areas.
Max length 28 ft. No water or dump. A few 20-amp power spots In Lower RV Camping (not reserved). Generators allowed; off by 10:00pm.
Do not arrive with an RV, you will be turned around by security.
Food & Water
If you purchased or have a meal plan provided to you, you or the lead booker/initial purchaser will be prompted to answer these questions.
If you forget to or miss this request, there will be a couple of reminders sent out to you or the lead booker/initial purchaser to complete the required information.
Meal Plan add-on (5 meals: 2 brunches + 3 dinners), café with grab-and-go items, plus pizza oven & BBQ (hours TBD).
5 buffet meals: 3 dinners (Fri–Sun) + 2 brunches (Sat–Sun).
Brunch 8:00–10:30am · Dinner 5:00–7:00pm.
Veg/vegan/GF options available (limited). No sharing. Served in the Lodge dining room/deck.
Breakfast (coffee, pastries, breakfast burritos), lunch (bowls, sandwiches, sushi, BBQ, burritos, ice cream sandwiches), and dinner from café + pizza/fry station. See menu on event page.
Use designated dishwashing sinks only (not bathroom sinks). Please pack out trash
Yes. All faucets are potable. Bottle-filling station outside the Meadow Café at the Main Lodge. Bring a refillable bottle. No cups provided.
Yes. Ice is available at the café and at the bar during operating hours.
Alcohol
Yes. Personal alcohol is permitted in your campsite and anywhere outside the fenced main lawn area.
No outside alcohol in the ABC-permitted area, including the fire pit and stage area. Follow posted signage.
Yes. We’ll serve beer, cider, wine, and cocktails, including Anderson Valley Brewing Co. beer and local wine & cider. Bar hours will be posted.
Accessibility
Cabins 11 & 12 (lower/main area) have ramps. One cabin in Crow Village has a ramp, but access is not recommended for wheelchairs. A ramp behind the Lodge provides access to the main hall.
Yes. ADA restroom in the Lodge main hall. The lower/main shower house has an ADA toilet stall and an ADA shower in the women’s room.
Getting Around Camp
Main areas and paths have string lighting, but many areas are unlit. Bring flashlights or headlamps. Battery-powered campsite lights are welcome.
Yes, on dirt roads only. Children should wear helmets. Ride slowly. No riding on lawns. No riding on Masonite Industrial Road.
Fire, Cooking & Smoking
No personal fires anywhere. Only the community fire bowl in Bosch Meadow is used, lit nightly by staff/security. Do not add wood or remove flame. Ask staff for help. We’re in a high wildfire danger zone.
Yes, but it must not be left unattended. No charcoal or wood-burning grills allowed.

Smoking is allowed in designated areas only. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
Animals & Nature
No. Pets are not allowed. Guests arriving with pets will be denied entry, asked to leave, and no refund will be issued.
Yes, per ADA and California law. Emotional support animals are not allowed. Service animals must be under control and may be asked to leave if they pose a safety risk. Please consider noise, crowds, and wildlife stressors, and clean up after your animal.
Yes, deer, foxes, birds, chipmunks, squirrels, skunks, opossums, spiders, wasps, ticks, and more. Bears and mountain lions may also be present. Hike in groups, don’t leave food out overnight, and observe animals from a distance.
Yes. It’s maintained but may be present. Stay on trails and avoid unfamiliar plants. A medic station is at the Lodge if you think you’ve been exposed.
Amenities & Practical Info
No cell reception on property. Wi-Fi calling/texting may work but isn’t guaranteed everywhere. Set this up before arriving. A landline is available for emergencies only.
Yes. A basket is located in front of the First Aid Room. Bring found items to Registration or any staff/security member. Camp Navarro is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
No on-site charging and no outlet charging allowed. Nearby: Handley Cellars (5.5 mi, ChargePoint), Greenwood Ridge Vineyards (7.8 mi, Tesla), Anderson Valley Brewing Co. (18 mi, ChargePoint).
